Close eyes slightly, relax facial muscles, no squeezing of eyes or muscles. Start at the nose and then toward the side of the face. For strong adhesion, stick the 3M™ Opticlude™ eye patch on your own hand first. Press the 3M™ Opticlude™ eye patch firmly for optimal adhesive strength.

Removal
When removing the eye patch, gently loosen the patch edges with a damp wet cloth. Remove the eye patch "low and slow" from the nose toward the ear: close to skin surface and roll over itself. (Do not lift the skin at an angle) Support the skin with the other hand. Then, if necessary, groom the skin.
