Nasofree Nasal douche
To rinse the nasal cavity.
Ingredients
Contents dissolve in 250ml contains : 1.875 grams Sodium chloride, 0.625 grams Sodium bicarbonate.
Use
1. Empty a sachet of nasal rinse salt into the nasal douche and fill it with lukewarm water. The water you use may, but need not, be boiled. Western European tap water is basically clean enough. Before use, shake the nasal douche a little. Be sure to have a tissue or piece of kitchen roll handy to wipe your nose during nasal rinsing.
2. Slightly bend forward and insert the nasal douche at an angle of about 45° into one of your nostrils.
3. Gently squeeze the nasal douche and after squeezing, allow the nasal rinse salt to flow out of your nose. The nasal rinse salt can either flow out through the same nostril (in case of severely blocked nose) or through the other nostril. Both is fine. If necessary, lightly blow your nose. Extra nasal rinse salt and mucus will come out of your nose. Place the tip of the nasal douche in the other nostril and repeat until the nasal douche is empty. Squeezing gently will prevent nasal rinse salt from entering your pharynx. Should this occur, it is not harmful and you simply spit it out.
